No. Your current pricing, call inclusions, and billing cycle will remain unchanged during the transition.
During the transition, you’ll continue to access your portal via the current URL on the Vodafone Business Answering website. After the transition, OfficeHQ will provide you with a new link for access.
If you’ve printed or promoted your Vodafone call forwarding number on business cards, websites or signage, there’s no need to worry. Vodafone call forwarding numbers will be transitioned to OfficeHQ, so if you retain your call answering service subscription, there will be no changes to how your calls are received.

Yes – you can keep forwarding your calls to the same number. If you retain your answering service with OfficeHQ, you won’t need to change any call-forward settings at your end. Following the transition on 1st Feb, 2026, Vodafone-issued answering numbers will be moved to OfficeHQ. Note: Call forwarding numbers will remain the property of OfficeHQ and cannot be ported out to individual businesses.
OfficeHQ branding will be used for your answering service from February 1st, 2026, unless otherwise advised.
No. Your payment method and billing details will remain the same. The only change is that your future invoices will come from OfficeHQ, under a different ABN.
If you don’t accept the OfficeHQ terms before 1st February, 2026, your answering service will be discontinued.
