Will my pricing or call plan change?

No. Your current pricing, call inclusions, and billing cycle will remain unchanged during the transition.

How will I access my client portal?

During the transition, you’ll continue to access your portal via the current URL on the Vodafone Business Answering website. After the transition, OfficeHQ will provide you with a new link for access.

What if I’ve advertised my Vodafone diversion number?

If you’ve printed or promoted your Vodafone call forwarding number on business cards, websites or signage, OfficeHQ may be able to assist with options to temporarily redirect callers or provide recorded messages on your old number to advise callers of your new number.

Will I need a new number to forward calls to?

Yes. Vodafone-issued answering numbers remain the property of Vodafone and are not available to keep long term. After the transition, you’ll be provided with a new OfficeHQ number to forward your calls to. This will not affect your service.

When will OfficeHQ branding be visible?

OfficeHQ branding will be used for your answering service from February 1st, 2026, unless otherwise advised.

Will my payment method or account details change?

No. Your payment method and billing details will remain the same. The only change is that your future invoices will come from OfficeHQ, under a different ABN.

What happens if I don’t accept the new terms?

If you don’t accept the OfficeHQ terms before 1st February, 2026, your answering service will be discontinued.

OfficeHQ has been providing your answering service behind the scenes for the past five years.

With Vodafone no longer providing answering services after 31st January, 2026, OfficeHQ is ready to continue supporting you directly, with no changes to how your calls are answered or how your service operates.

Will my calls still be answered the same way?

Yes. The same experienced receptionist team will continue to answer your calls, following the same instructions you’ve already provided.
