No. Your current pricing, call inclusions, and billing cycle will remain unchanged during the transition.
During the transition, you’ll continue to access your portal via the current URL on the Vodafone Business Answering website. After the transition, OfficeHQ will provide you with a new link for access.
If you’ve printed or promoted your Vodafone call forwarding number on business cards, websites or signage, OfficeHQ may be able to assist with options to temporarily redirect callers or provide recorded messages on your old number to advise callers of your new number.

Yes. Vodafone-issued answering numbers remain the property of Vodafone and are not available to keep long term. After the transition, you’ll be provided with a new OfficeHQ number to forward your calls to. This will not affect your service.
OfficeHQ branding will be used for your answering service from February 1st, 2026, unless otherwise advised.
No. Your payment method and billing details will remain the same. The only change is that your future invoices will come from OfficeHQ, under a different ABN.
If you don’t accept the OfficeHQ terms before 1st February, 2026, your answering service will be discontinued.
