Important update for Business Answering users

Vodafone Business Answering services have been delivered behind the scenes by OfficeHQ’s professional receptionist team for the past five years. Now, with Vodafone no longer providing Business Answering services from 1st February 2026, OfficeHQ is ready to continue supporting you directly, with no changes to how your calls are answered or how your service operates.

OfficeHQ has deep experience delivering your answering service and has been providing virtual receptionist solutions to businesses for over 20 years. We’re working together to ensure a smooth, seamless transition with no disruption to your service.

To continue using your answering service beyond 31st January, 2026, you’ll need to accept OfficeHQ’s Terms & Privacy Policy. This quick action ensures your calls continue to be answered without interruption.

What happens next?

  • Your service will continue uninterrupted if you’ve accepted.
  • OfficeHQ invoices will begin after the transition is complete on 31st January, 2026.
  • From 1st February, 2026, your service will be provdied directly by OfficeHQ, with Vodafone no longer providing the service.
  • Vodafone-provided call forwarding numbers will be replaced within 36 months.
  • Service will be terminated for clients who do not accept the OfficeHQ terms by 31st January, 2026

Yes. The same experienced receptionist team will continue to answer your calls, following the same instructions you’ve already provided.

No. Your current pricing, call inclusions, and billing cycle will remain unchanged during the transition.

During the transition, you’ll continue to access your portal via the current URL on the Vodafone Business Answering website. After the transition, OfficeHQ will provide you with a new link for access.

No. Your payment method and billing details will remain the same. The only change is that your future invoices will come from OfficeHQ, under a different ABN.

OfficeHQ branding will be used for your answering service from February 1st, 2026, unless otherwise advised.

Yes. Vodafone-issued answering numbers remain the property of Vodafone and are not available to keep long term. After the transition, you’ll be provided with a new OfficeHQ number to forward your calls to. This will not affect your service.

If you’ve printed or promoted your Vodafone call forwarding number on business cards, websites or signage, OfficeHQ may be able to assist with options to temporarily redirect callers or provide recorded messages on your old number to advise callers of your new number.
