Important update for Business Answering users
Vodafone Business Answering services have been delivered behind the scenes by OfficeHQ’s professional receptionist team for the past five years. Now, with Vodafone no longer providing Business Answering services from 1st February 2026, OfficeHQ is ready to continue supporting you directly, with no changes to how your calls are answered or how your service operates.
OfficeHQ has deep experience delivering your answering service and has been providing virtual receptionist solutions to businesses for over 20 years. We’re working together to ensure a smooth, seamless transition with no disruption to your service.
To continue using your answering service beyond 31st January, 2026, you’ll need to accept OfficeHQ’s Terms & Privacy Policy. This quick action ensures your calls continue to be answered without interruption.
What stays the same?
- Same receptionists: Your calls will be answered by the same professional team
- Same call handling: The team already knows your service instructions
- No change to pricing: Your plan and inclusions remain the same
- Same ways to pay: Payment details, billing method and account info stay the same
- Same great service: Same Customer Service team will continue supporting you
What you need to do
Important: To ensure your service continues without interruption, you need to sign up to an OfficeHQ contract directly.
- Review and accept the OfficeHQ Terms and Privacy Policy.
- Complete this before 1st February, 2026 to avoid service disruption.
If you’ve already accepted and signed up with OfficeHQ, thank you! No further action is required.
If not, we recommend completing this step as soon as possible to avoid service disruption.

What happens next?
- Your service will continue uninterrupted if you’ve accepted.
- OfficeHQ invoices will begin after the transition is complete on 31st January, 2026.
- From 1st February, 2026, your service will be provdied directly by OfficeHQ, with Vodafone no longer providing the service.
- Vodafone-provided call forwarding numbers will be replaced within 36 months.
- Service will be terminated for clients who do not accept the OfficeHQ terms by 31st January, 2026
